Every item at WoolArtistry—whether from our standard collections or a bespoke custom order—is purely handmade with the utmost care, time, and dedication. Due to the highly unique and individualized nature of our art, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.

Damages During Shipping We package our creations with the highest level of care and premium materials to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your item arrives with quality issues or damage caused during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your package. When you email us, please include clear photos of the damaged item as well as the original packaging. We will review the situation and work closely with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution.

Order Modifications For bespoke custom orders, all details are finalized during our one-on-one email consultation before the invoice is paid. If you wish to make any minor last-minute changes, change requests must be made within 24 hours of completing your payment. Due to the highly individualized nature of our work, we cannot guarantee any adjustments or modifications beyond this 24-hour window.

Cancellations (Custom-Made Items) We dedicate hundreds of hours, intense focus, and premium resources to bringing your custom visions to life. Because of our exclusive waitlist model and the bespoke nature of these sculptures, our custom order cancellation policy is strictly as follows:

• Full Payment Required: Once your design details are confirmed during the consultation, a full payment upfront is required to officially secure your exclusive production slot and cover initial premium material costs.

• Strictly Non-Refundable: Because each bespoke piece is entirely handmade, strictly one-of-a-kind, and tailored specifically to your pet's exact likeness, all custom commission sales are final. Once the full payment is made and the crafting process begins, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be issued under any circumstances. This ensures fairness for the immense time and unrecoverable resources dedicated to your unique creation.
