Store Policies: Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! Every item at WoolArtistry—whether from our standard collections or a custom order—is purely handmade with the utmost care, time, and dedication.

Due to the highly unique and individualized nature of our art, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.

Damages During Shipping We package our creations with the highest level of care to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your item arrives with quality issues or damage caused during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your package.

When you email us, please include clear photos of the damaged item as well as the original packaging. We will review the situation and work closely with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution.

Order Modifications If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience.

  • Timeframe: Change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Due to the individualized nature of our work, we cannot guarantee any adjustments or modifications beyond this 24-hour window.

Cancellations (Custom-Made Items) We dedicate significant time, love, and specific resources to bringing your custom visions to life. To secure your place on our waiting list, our custom order policy is as follows:

  • The Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking. This ensures we can properly allocate time and materials to your custom creation.

  • Canceling Before Production: If you decide to cancel your order before we begin crafting your piece, we will gladly refund any payments made, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit.

  • Canceling After Production Begins: Once work has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible. At this stage, your item is actively being meticulously handcrafted with materials specifically dedicated to your unique order.
