Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times Once your handmade piece is completed and ready to dispatch, we offer the following delivery options:

• Regular Shipping: Takes approximately 10–15 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Takes approximately 7 business days (available at an additional cost during checkout).

Please Note: All shipping times mentioned are estimates based on typical delivery periods. While we strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Factors such as postal delays, extreme weather, and customs clearance procedures are occasionally beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package safely to your doorstep.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes For international shipments, please be aware that your package may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information regarding import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Shipping Address & Delivery Failures It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed, returned, or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, missing details, or a failure to complete local customs clearance. If a package is returned to us due to these reasons, the buyer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

Lost Shipments We package every item with the utmost care, but we understand that transit issues can occasionally happen. In the unfortunate event that a shipment is officially confirmed as "lost" by the shipping carrier, please reach out to us. We will review lost package claims on a case-by-case basis to help find a fair solution.
