Crafting & Dispatch Time Every piece is meticulously handcrafted to order by our artisans. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for your companions to be crafted, carefully packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping to select regions. If a shipping fee appears during checkout, it indicates that your location is outside our free shipping zones, and standard rates will apply. Once your order leaves our studio, we offer the following delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Takes approximately 10–15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Takes approximately 7 business days (available at an additional cost during checkout).

Please Note: All shipping times mentioned are estimates based on typical delivery periods. While we strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Factors such as postal delays, extreme weather, and customs clearance procedures are occasionally beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package safely to your doorstep.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes For international shipments, please be aware that your package may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information regarding import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Shipping Address & Delivery Failures It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed, returned, or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, missing details, or a failure to complete local customs clearance. If a package is returned to us due to these reasons, the buyer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Companions We package every item with the utmost care, but we understand that transit issues can occasionally happen.

  • For Damages: If your companion gets injured during its long journey, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim, you must provide clear photos of the damage and a complete unboxing video. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or outside the 48-hour window cannot be accommodated.

  • For Lost Shipments: In the unfortunate event that a shipment is officially confirmed as "lost" by the shipping carrier, please reach out to us. We will review lost package claims on a case-by-case basis to help find a fair solution.
