Q: Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photos? A: Because every single piece is sculpted entirely by hand using natural wool fibers, no two creations are ever exactly identical. While your piece will closely resemble the photographed design in style, size, and spirit, slight variations in facial expressions, fiber texture, or color are the beautiful hallmarks of pure handmade artistry. You are receiving a true one-of-a-kind original.

Q: Do you accept custom or bespoke orders? A: To ensure the highest quality and dedication to each piece, our bespoke commission slots are opened irregularly. These exclusive custom slots are reserved strictly for our email subscribers. Whenever we are ready to take on new custom projects, we will send a private invitation via email. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter so you won't miss the next opening.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship? A: For artworks in our "Ready to Adopt" (Current Collection), your piece will be carefully prepared, beautifully packaged, and dispatched from our studio within 7 business days. We take this time to ensure your new companion is perfectly secure for its journey to you.

Q: Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees? A: Yes, we ship our art globally to collectors all over the world. All packages are sent via tracked international shipping. Please note: International buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy? A: Because each WoolArtistry creation is a 100% handcrafted original, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-transit-related reasons. However, the safe arrival of your artwork is very important to us. If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and the original packaging. We will work closely with you to find a thoughtful solution.

Q: Are these pieces safe for young children or pets? A: No. Our wool creations are delicate collectible art pieces intended for gentle display. They are not toys and should be kept strictly out of reach of young children and pets (especially cats and dogs, who are naturally attracted to the scent of real wool!).
