Because of the intense focus and dedication each piece demands, our current turnaround time is 3 to 6 months before shipping. True art cannot be rushed, and we deeply appreciate your patience for this slow-craft journey.

As our commission slots are extremely limited, we operate on an exclusive waitlist basis to ensure every detail of your companion is perfectly captured.

• Step 1: Join the Waitlist
  Please fill out the subscription form below to join our bespoke commission waitlist.
• Step 2: Commission Opening & Photo Submission
  Once a slot becomes available, we will personally contact you via email. At that time, we will ask you to provide comprehensive photos (1 clear main photo showing overall posture, and multiple auxiliary photos highlighting specific details like eye color, fur patterns, and tail shape).
• Step 3: One-on-One Consultation
  We will carefully review your photos and discuss all the bespoke details with you via email to ensure we capture your furry friend's exact soul.
• Step 4: Invoice & The Slow Craft Begins
  Once every detail is confirmed, we will send your personalized official payment invoice via email. Upon completing the payment, we will officially begin the meticulous 3-6 months journey to bring your companion to life in wool!

Because each piece is entirely handmade, strictly one-of-a-kind, and tailored specifically to your pet's exact likeness, all custom commission sales are final.

• Full Payment Required: Full payment must be made upfront to reserve your exclusive production slot and cover the initial material and design costs.
• Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the full payment is made and the crafting process begins, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness for the immense time, intense labor, and unrecoverable resources dedicated to bringing your unique creation to life.
