The Bespoke Journey (Custom Order Process)

Step 1: Join the Waitlist
Clients join our exclusive waitlist by filling out the subscription form on our website. As our capacity is strictly limited, this ensures a fair, first-come-first-served approach.

Step 2: Commission Opening & Consultation
When a commission slot becomes available, we will contact you via email. We will request clear, multi-angle photos of your pet and discuss all bespoke details (such as an open mouth with tongue, specific birthmarks, paws, and fur patterns) to perfectly capture their soul in your framed portrait.

Step 3: Pricing & Full Payment Invoice
Our pricing is based exclusively on the canvas size of your portrait. All intricate bespoke details are fully included in these tiers. During the consultation, you will select your preferred size:

• 6-inch Framed Portrait: $500 USD
• 7-inch Framed Portrait: $700 USD
• 10-inch Framed Portrait: $1100 USD
• 12-inch Framed Portrait: $1400 USD
• 20-inch Framed Masterpiece: $3600 USD

Once the design concept is approved, we will send you a formal invoice. Full payment upfront is required to officially secure your commission slot and allow us to begin material sourcing.

Step 4: The Slow Crafting Process
Upon receiving the full payment, we officially begin the crafting journey. As true art takes time to bloom, please allow 3 to 6 months for the completion of your bespoke piece.

Step 5: Completion & Delivery
After final refinements, the completed creation is securely packaged for safe delivery. A confirmation email with shipping details and care instructions will be provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each piece is entirely handmade, strictly one-of-a-kind, and tailored specifically to your pet's exact likeness, all custom commission sales are final.

• Full Payment Required: Full payment must be made upfront to reserve your exclusive production slot and cover the initial material and design costs.
• Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the full payment is made and the crafting process begins, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be issued under any circumstances.
