Custom Order Process

1. Initial Inquiry & Deposit
   • Clients send an email to [email protected], including a reference image (such as a pet photo), preferred dimensions, and any specific design details.
   • A non-refundable deposit of $20 USD is required before we begin the consultation and design phase.
2. Design Proposal & Quotation
   • Based on the client’s request, we develop a personalized design concept and material selection.
   • A formal proposal, including pricing and estimated completion time, is shared for review.
3. Final Payment & Crafting Process
   • Once the client approves the proposal, they proceed with the remaining payment, confirming the order.
   • We begin sourcing materials and crafting the wool felted piece, ensuring every detail aligns with the vision.
4. Completion & Delivery
   • After final refinements, the completed creation is securely packaged for safe delivery.
   • A confirmation email with shipping details and care instructions is provided.

Refund Policy

Since each piece is entirely handmade and one-of-a-kind, refunds are not available once the full payment is made and production begins.

• The $20 USD deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the consultation and design process.
• Once we start crafting, refunds cannot be issued, ensuring fairness for the time and resources dedicated to each creation.
